Shipping, Refund and Cancellation for the online store :

 

Sulekh is currently shipping all over India. International shipping will be activated shortly. At The Sulekh we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.

 

Shipping Duration :

 

All products are shipped out within. 1-3 working days. Orders within Delhi will be delivered within 4-7 working days and all other orders will be delivered within

7-10 working days*

 

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

 

Shipping Charges :

 

Free shipping within India for orders above Rs.4999. Shipping charge for orders below Rs.4999 is Rs 200 per order pan India.

 

Return, Exchange & Refund :

 

At Sulekh, there is no policy of return, exchange or refund.  Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless the product is damaged in which case an exchange or refund will be issued.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

An order is eligible for cancellation within 36 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

 

Cash On Delivery :

 

Sulekh does not offer Cash On Delivery.

Payment :

 

Payments can be made with credit/debit cards. We do not accept payments made via UPI, Netbanking, American Express Credit/Debit Cards.
